A LA CARTE WEDDINGS

How Our Process Unfolds:

  • Mix and match with absolute freedom, creating your desired selection without any additional elements.

  • Clarity reigns in our pricing, simplifying your planning as what you see is precisely what you pay.

  • Seize the convenience of 24/7 online ordering.

  • By default, your order will exude coherence, with a unified color palette and flower varieties, unless other preferences are communicated.

  • With a minimum order of $350 from our A La Carte Wedding Collection, embarking on your vision is accessible.

  • To those last-minute planners, worry not – a mere 10 days' notice is all we require for ordering from this collection. Time isn't a constraint either; you can place your order up to a year in advance of your event.

  • Please note, our A La Carte Wedding and Event orders do not include set-up service.

When should I place my order if my event is a few months away?

Orders should be placed at least 6 days in advance and are subject to availability. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, and we encourage you to order as early as possible. Your order is confirmed upon payment.

How should I care for my flowers?

If picking up your florals the day before your event, store them in a cool area away from direct sunlight. Open the wrapping for proper ventilation. Avoid placing them near ripening fruit, as it accelerates aging. Boutonnieres can go in the fridge, but bouquets and centerpieces should not.

Can I request something not in your collection or provide my own vases?

While we can customize colors, our offerings and styles are fixed. We can't substitute vases as our pricing is tailored to those listed.

Can you follow a specific color palette? Can I share inspiration photos?

Absolutely! Leave a note in the design section or email us inspiration after placing your order.

Can I provide a list of specific flowers to use?

While we try to accommodate requests, we can't promise specific flowers due to seasonal availability.

Can I rent your vases?

Yes! The listed price includes the vase's cost. If you return the vase within 7 days after your event, you'll receive a 5% refund.

What if I dislike a certain flower? Can it be excluded?

Certainly, just leave a note in the design section.

How will my order be packaged?

Your order will be packaged in flower (rose) boxes, a common industry practice. It may not be overly elaborate, but it's sturdy, practical, and eco-friendly.

Can I put my fresh flower arrangement in the refrigerator? While some flowers, like boutonnieres, can benefit from a brief stay in the fridge, it's generally best to keep larger arrangements at room temperature.

How do I revive wilted flowers in my arrangement?

If a flower begins to wilt, you can try submerging the entire stem in water for a few hours. Sometimes, this can help rejuvenate the flower and revive its appearance.

Can I repurpose my fresh flowers into a new arrangement? Absolutely! As flowers fade, you can trim the stems and create a new arrangement using the remaining blooms. Mixing in fresh flowers or greens can also breathe new life into your creation.

What should I do with my fresh flower arrangement after the event is over?

Once your flowers have reached the end of their lifespan, compost them to return their nutrients to the earth. Many local composting programs accept floral waste.

FRESH FLOWER
CARE

How do I care for my fresh flower arrangement once I receive it?

Upon receiving your arrangement, trim the stems at an angle and place them in a clean vase filled with fresh water. Remove any leaves that may be submerged in the water to prevent bacterial growth.

How often should I change the water in my vase?

Change the water every 2-3 days to keep it fresh and clean. Re-trim the stems slightly each time you change the water for better water absorption.

Where should I place my fresh flower arrangement?

Display your flowers away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and drafts. Choose a cool spot to help prolong their freshness.

Can I place my fresh flower arrangement near fruits or vegetables?

Avoid placing your flowers near ripening fruits and vegetables as they release ethylene gas, which can cause your flowers to wilt prematurely.

What can I do to extend the lifespan of my fresh flower arrangement?

Regularly remove any wilting or spent blooms from the arrangement. This will encourage the remaining flowers to continue blooming and looking fresh.

Should I mist my fresh flowers?

Misting is not necessary for most flowers. Instead, keep the water in the vase clean and change it as needed.
